All products are crafted after the order is placed. This ensures each piece is produced with care and precision.

2. Dispatch Timeline

Once your order is confirmed:

• India: Orders are dispatched within 10 days

• International: Orders are dispatched within 12 days

Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, new launches, or due to production requirements.

3. Delivery Time

India

• Free shipping across India

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch

International Orders

• Shipping charge: ₹3,500

• Estimated delivery time: 15–20 days after dispatch

• Custom duties, import taxes, and local charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor the shipment.

5. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

6. Order Cancellation
