Return & Exchange Policy

At 9.6.3, we want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange according to the terms below.

1. Return / Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Requests should be submitted using the same email address or phone number used while placing the order for verification purposes.

For certain international regions where local consumer protection laws provide longer return windows, we will honour those regulations where applicable.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • There should be no signs of washing, wear, or damage

  • All original tags must be intact

  • Original packaging should be returned where possible

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Gift cards

4. Accepted Reasons for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges may be requested for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or fit issues

  • Product not meeting expectations

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective product

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Refund Method

All approved returns will be issued as store credit to your 9.6.3 wallet.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued back to the original payment method

  • Store credit is valid for 3 months

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash

For exchanges:

  • If the replacement product costs more, the price difference must be paid.

  • If the replacement product costs less, the balance will be credited to your store wallet.

6. Domestic Orders (India)

Exchanges
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to serviceable PIN codes).

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped.

Returns (Store Credit)
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged.

  • Store credit will be issued for the returned item amount.

7. International Orders

Reverse pickup is not available for international shipments.

Customers must ship the product back to our return address at their own cost using a trackable courier service.

For Returns (Store Credit):

  • Store credit will be issued excluding the original shipping fee of ₹3,500.

For Exchanges:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, ₹3,500 shipping charges will apply for sending the replacement product.

We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

9. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

  • Returns or exchanges may take longer during weather disruptions, strikes, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • 9.6.3 reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • In case of any dispute, the company’s decision will be final.
